Privacy Policy

Last updated August 30, 2026

Spagrades.com helps people research medical-aesthetic providers. This policy explains the information we handle when you browse the directory, create or use an owner account, save favorites, submit a form, or contact us.

Information we collect

We process the information you provide in listing claims, Get Listed requests, owner accounts, and contact forms, such as your name, email address, phone number, business details, and message. Owner account passwords are stored as password hashes rather than readable passwords. When you use a profile contact form, we process the inquiry as a message associated with that listing.

Favorites and comparison selections may be stored in your browser so they remain available while you use the site. We also collect limited activity information needed to operate the directory, such as profile views and contact-action events, in aggregated listing analytics.

How we use information

We use this information to provide the directory, respond to inquiries, process listing and ownership requests, maintain account access, improve site operations, and protect the service. We do not sell personal information in the ordinary course of operating Spagrades.

Analytics and third parties

Spagrades uses Google Tag Manager to manage website measurement and related tags. Those services may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. Directory listings may include information sourced from publicly available Google Business Profile data and practice websites; those businesses control their own websites, booking systems, and privacy practices.

Retention, choices, and requests

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, respond to requests, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by using our Contact page. Requests related to a provider listing should identify the listing and the information at issue.

Updates

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top of this page identifies the most recent revision.
