Wellness Within Colon Hydrotherapy

Located on East State Street, Wellness Within Colon Hydrotherapy operates a private, spa-like clinic focused on restoring gut health through compassionate, judgment-free care. Founded by Monica Blough, an experienced colon hydrotherapist whose own transformation inspired the practice, the clinic brings together colon hydrotherapists, educators, and detox enthusiasts who emphasize simplicity, education, and a little lightheartedness when discussing difficult topics. The team offers vetted gut-health supplements, publishes articles, and engages the community via podcast conversations to normalize digestive wellness. Serving clients from the Boise area to Magic Valley with an additional Twin Falls location, the practice presents gut restoration as accessible, private, and grounded in lived experience.
