Vivesse Med Spa was the first full-service cosmetic medical spa housed with a full-service vein center in Connecticut. Located on Barnard Lane off Bloomfield Avenue near the Bloomfield Avenue/Cottage Grove Road intersection, the med spa provides cosmetic medicine treatments performed without surgery and intended to involve minimal downtime. All services are overseen by vascular surgeon Dr. Lori Greenwald, board certified in both vascular surgery and phlebology, who entered private practice in 1989, trained at NYU‑Bellevue Medical Center and Temple University, and opened Vanishing Veins in Bloomfield in 2003. The practice emphasizes continuous learning and professional engagement with surgical and vascular societies to stay current with evolving trends, offering patients a clinic grounded in surgical skill and a patient-focused approach.
