The first of its kind in Southeast Georgia, Vitality Health & Wellness emphasizes custom healthcare plans and treats mind, body and spirit to achieve balance and wellness. Led by Mandy McCook Smith, PA‑C, a Waycross native who graduated Ware County High School and Valdosta State University with a B.S. in Biology, the practice blends traditional, modern and holistic medicine into personalized care. Smith trained at The Medical College of Georgia and began her career in hospitalist medicine at St. Vincent’s in Jacksonville, gaining experience in dermatology and aesthetics. After returning home to provide family medicine, she later practiced in emergency medicine and hemodialysis; the clinic prioritizes the patient as friend and serves the Waycross community from Riverside Avenue with a commitment to prevention, individualized care.
