Vida Weight Loss & Aesthetics

Vida Weight Loss & Aesthetics is a medical spa located in Burke, Virginia, specializing in FDA-cleared red light body contouring. The practice is dedicated to providing visible results, offering pre- and post-treatment measurements during the very first visit so clients can see measurable changes on the spot.

Care at Vida Weight Loss & Aesthetics is provider-supervised by Patti Lee, BSN, FNP, MSN, a Family Nurse Practitioner with 30 years of provider experience. The med spa utilizes the FDA-cleared Contour Light device, which delivers clinically studied wavelengths (635 nm and 880 nm) through flexible pads placed directly on target areas such as the midsection, thighs, and arms. This specialized red and near-infrared light is absorbed by the cells to energize mitochondria, support fat release (lipolysis), improve circulation, and encourage collagen production.

Designed to be painless, relaxing, and entirely free of cold, suction, needles, or downtime, treatments are paired with whole-body lymphatic vibration to activate the lymphatic system. Vida Weight Loss & Aesthetics emphasizes a transparent, science-backed approach, ensuring every client receives private, one-on-one care tailored to their individual body contouring goals.
