Tir Na Nog Spa

Located on the corner of Waterman Avenue and Commercial Way, Tir Na Nog Spa is led by Dawn Buchanan, an esthetician with 30 years’ experience. Buchanan has worked with burn victims, trained in thalassotherapy lymphatic drainage for cancer patients, and established the first integrative therapy program at Women and Infants Hospital. After opening a first day spa in 1984 and a decade at the Providence Westin Hotel, the practice settled in East Providence.

The clinic individualizes skin and body care, serves as a resource for Phytomer products, and is described as a haven for residents and visitors. The team emphasizes ongoing professional education, and the owner has stated a goal to develop a medical focus on natural and holistic medicines within three years.
