The Spa Central Coast

Located in the heart of downtown Paso Robles, The Spa Central Coast was created as a place to heal the soul, mend the body, and rest the mind. Every visit is designed to help guests slow down, reconnect, and experience a renewed sense of well-being within a calming, intentional environment.

The practice reflects owner Kitty Arosteguy’s more than thirty years as a licensed massage therapist and esthetician and a mission to offer tranquility, quality products, and extraordinary personal care. With a meditation room, membership options, rotating monthly specials, and a shop, the team focuses on personalized wellness and continued community presence, offering a welcoming destination for locals and visitors seeking restorative wellness.
