Founder Jen Smith, born and raised in Los Angeles, brings over 20 years of refined expertise in the beauty and wellness industry and unveiled the FROM LA X SMITH skincare line in 2025. THE LEMONADE LAB presents a focused sugaring and skincare practice that reflects Smith’s meticulous approach to brows and skin alongside a thoughtfully curated, evolving service philosophy. The team features Emily Taylor, a licensed cosmetologist and Aveda Institute Los Angeles graduate who joined in 2020 and trains under Smith’s mentorship, and Marnie Hayes, who joined in 2023 and specializes in sugaring, facials, lashes, and brows. The practice emphasizes precision, client comfort, and ongoing refinement of offerings within its neighborhood studio setting.
