The Iris Spa

Located on Palm Avenue in the heart of La Mesa, The Iris Spa offers massage and skin therapy with complimentary aromatherapy and specialized buccal facial massage. The practice centers on Iris Hix, a Certified Massage Therapist and Master Esthetician who grew up in Alaska before relocating to San Diego and making a home in La Mesa. Hix graduated from Mueller College of Holistic Studies and California Advanced Esthetics, completing more than 1,000 hours of training in both massage and esthetics. The clinic creates a tranquil sanctuary and provides professional therapeutic bodywork that incorporates Eastern and Western modalities, alongside holistic skin therapy and advanced treatments. Each client receives a personalized, custom session to help facilitate a better mind-body connection.
