The Grove Spa

The Grove Spa is a medical spa with two Kansas City-area locations, in Brookside and at Mission Farms in Leawood, positioning itself as "an approachable medspa" that pairs clinical results with a relaxing, spa-like atmosphere. The business operates on three guiding principles: ethics and honesty, reflected in fair, transparent, upfront pricing; education and empowerment, aimed at helping clients "love the skin they are in" through longevity-focused care; and results-driven treatment planning. This philosophy shapes an extensive service menu spanning advanced facials, including organic ESPA facials, dermaplaning, microneedling, biostimulators, laser skin treatments, PRX, CoolPeel, and non-surgical blepharoplasty. Beyond core skincare, The Grove Spa offers cosmetic injectables, functional wellness services such as bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, peptides, and IV infusions, as well as laser hair removal, hair restoration, vein therapy, and weight loss programs. The spa also operates an on-site boutique and hosts seasonal events, giving Leawood and Kansas City-area clients a broad, one-stop option for both cosmetic and wellness-oriented aesthetic care.
