Opened in August 2020 by Arlette Cross and Pamela Faraci, The Facebar Aesthetic Medicine established Pasadena’s first medical spa and operates additional locations in Arnold. The family-owned med spa states a goal to educate patients on services best suited to individual needs and the science behind them, and positions patient education as a central part of its approach.

Practice Owner and Medical Director Arlette Cross, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, brings two decades of emergency nursing experience and a background as an advanced injector; CEO Pamela Faraci draws on entrepreneurship running Blown 25 Hair Studio and led the practice’s expansion. The team of experienced professionals emphasizes medical-technology expertise, aesthetic artistry, and a friendly one‑stop‑shop experience for local guests.
