Founder Theresa Johnson, DNP, is a board‑certified, doctoral‑prepared nurse practitioner who completed undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan, earned a second bachelor’s degree and an MS in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialty at the University of Rochester, and received a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Chamberlain University in 2018. Medical Director Muhammad Rais, MD, brings over 25 years of internal medicine experience and an MHA from Central Michigan University. The practice maintains hours Wednesday through Saturday.
