Located on Fresh Pond Road in Maspeth, Skinworks Dermatology operates three neighborhood offices including Chelsea and Park Slope, led by board-certified dermatologist and internist Javier Zelaya, MD, who brings over 25 years of dermatology, cosmetic, laser, and surgical experience. The practice's clinical staff includes physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and NYS-licensed esthetician Maria Sierra — a Lia Schorr Institute and FIT graduate with more than 15 years of experience — working together to deliver individualized skin care treatment plans. The clinic provides medical dermatology and full-body skin cancer screenings and has expertise in skin of color.
