Expanded to Woodinville in 2008, Sima Medical & Cosmetic Clinic combines dermatology health, aesthetic services, and a medically supervised weight management program to create personalized treatment plans that enhance natural beauty while addressing skin health and obesity-related risk factors. Founded and led by Sima Rafii, MSN, ARNP, a Washington board‑certified family and adult nurse practitioner with national certification, the clinic opened in Seattle in 2006 and has provided medical and cosmetic consultations to more than 18,000 patients. A multidisciplinary team includes experienced clinicians such as Tamala Galloway, LPN/cosmetic tattoo artist, longevity specialist Dr. Kas Tayebi, and certified medical assistants Alana Castaneda and Jida Billones Yap.
