Self-Care Studio

Self-Care Studio is an integrative wellness clinic located in Brookings, South Dakota, incorporating traditional medicine models alongside functional medicine philosophies and aesthetic services. The clinic offers women's health, men's health, aesthetics, functional medicine, IV hydration and vitamin injections, body balance weight wellness, laser treatments, and skincare services. Care is provided by a multidisciplinary team of nurse practitioners and skilled support staff, including Family Nurse Practitioner Jami Schultz, who holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South Dakota State University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Clarkson College.
