Founded in May 2020 by Lena Gokey, APRN, NP-C, Select Health of Bowling Green has served Bowling Green and surrounding areas since 2020. Located on Scottsville Road, the practice brings medical care, aesthetics, weight loss, and IV therapy under one roof and follows a personalized, patient-centered approach that puts people—not insurance—first.

Lena Gokey began her nursing career in 2004 at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital as a neonatal nurse and earned an Advanced Practice Nursing degree from Western Kentucky University in 2012 with a focus on family health and wellness. In 2019 she completed advanced training in medical weight management and facial aesthetics. The professional staff delivers personal, proactive, empowering care, taking time to listen and design individualized plans to help patients reach their health goals.
