Season of Stars

Season of Stars is a holistic esthetics studio in downtown Lawrence, Kansas, founded in 2012 by Liz Black, a licensed esthetician since 2011. Located above Aladdin Cafe across from the Granada, the studio draws on the rhythms of nature and the importance of timing in its approach to skincare, with a stated mission of connecting clients to their natural beauty. Black holds a 1000-hour esthetics certificate from Johnson County Community College, a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Kansas, and additional certifications including Skin Scripts professional skincare, Dermaplane Pro, and brow training through True Brow in Las Vegas. Season of Stars' treatment menu addresses anti-aging, sensitive and rosacea-prone skin, acne, and pigmentation concerns, alongside a strong focus on brow services, including waxing, tinting, lamination, and the studio's signature "Baddie Brow" treatment, as well as Brazilian waxing. The studio also sells its own Goddess Glow skincare line.
