A women- and family-owned spa boutique in the San Roque neighborhood, Santa Barbara Spa provides custom airbrush spray tanning, curated skincare and facials, hard and strip waxing, sugar hair removal, and eyebrow and eyelash tinting. Founded by Shelby Mckaig-Rowe—a Santa Barbara native who trained as an esthetician in 2008 and opened Santa Barbara Spa in 2015—the practice later expanded with family members including Lisa Velasquez-Crabtree. The clinic prioritizes a boutique retail selection that emphasizes healthy, eco-conscious, and organic products, carrying brands such as Image Skincare, Sorella Apothecary, Pure Fiji, Farmhouse Fresh, Cosabella, Simpatico Candles, and Kitsch. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
