Sadhna Art of Wellness

A medical and wellness center, fitness studio, and spa devoted to detecting, preventing, and treating age-related concerns, Sadhna Wellness Center in Jericho blends advanced medical care with holistic approaches to longevity. The practice emphasizes personalized medical and aesthetic care rooted in functional medicine, and its name—Sadhna—translates as “a means to accomplish something,” reflecting a mission to help patients reach their fullest potential. Founded by Dr. Vikas Varma, an attending physician at North Shore University Hospital with training at respected U.S. teaching hospitals, the clinic is supported by nurse practitioner Martin Martinicky, an experienced injector known for a measured “low and slow” approach. The clinic serves as a local resource for long-term vitality and balanced, natural results.
