Located in Hamilton, OH, Rooted in Wellness is a medical spa that offers a unique blend of plant-based skincare and functional health coaching. Formerly known as Bare Skyn, the practice is led by Wendi Sauerwein, an Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP1) and Aesthetician.

Wendi specializes in supporting clients with gut health, balanced eating, stress management, low libido, sleep support, and regaining energy. Utilizing functional supplementation, labs, detoxes, and guided protocols, she focuses on rebalancing the body from the inside out. Her personal journey began with overcoming severe acne through extensive schooling and training across the Midwest, later expanding into functional healing through The Integrative Health Practitioner Institute.

Rooted in Wellness emphasizes the importance of clean skincare, noting that the body absorbs toxic ingredients directly through the skin into the bloodstream.
