Rock Haven Spa

Rock Haven Spa offers a secluded, destination-style spa experience along the Smoky Hill River in Hays, Kansas. Rather than a typical storefront spa, Rock Haven leans into its remote, nature-surrounded setting, encouraging guests to disconnect from daily life and reconnect with the natural landscape and local wildlife around it. The spa's treatment menu centers on therapeutic massage using nourishing lotions, customized facials that include steam, cleansing, exfoliation, and hydration, and rejuvenating body wraps designed to nourish and detoxify the skin. Pedicures are offered as a full ritual, incorporating a whirlpool soak, nail care, exfoliation, and massage before polish. Every visit begins with a signature bathing ritual meant to ease guests into a state of relaxation before their treatment. Rock Haven also offers spa packages, including options designed for couples, making it a popular choice for special occasions as well as everyday self-care. For Hays-area residents and visitors seeking a more immersive, nature-based spa experience than a typical day spa, Rock Haven Spa provides a distinctive alternative.
