Rise & Shine Skincare is a boutique esthetics studio in Lee's Summit, Missouri, founded by Annie Norris on the belief that beauty starts from within. Drawing on her own experience overcoming acne, eczema, and inflammation, Annie created a calm, appointment-only space on SE Douglas Street where clients can address specific skin concerns while enjoying genuine pampering and stress relief. What sets Rise & Shine apart is Annie's hands-on, educational approach: she walks clients through each step of their treatment and sends them home with personalized at-home skincare guidance rather than a generic routine. The studio's menu includes customizable 60- and 90-minute facials, Skin Classic treatments for targeted skin concerns, dermaplaning, LED therapy, and microcurrent treatments, along with waxing and brow and lash services.
