Located on Hollywood Boulevard, Revive & Rejuvenate was founded by Rachelle Ramiro, MSN, APRN, CPNP, FNP‑C, a double board‑certified nurse practitioner with more than 13 years as a registered nurse and over eight years as a nurse practitioner. The practice combines a concierge model—serving Los Angeles County, Orange County, and Scottsdale—with in‑home, hotel and office visits alongside a clinic presence. The team stays current through trainings and virtual peptide conferences and draws on medspa experience and Allergan training. Clients range from gym goers, NFL coaches, professional basketball players and fighters, music artists and models to Fortune 500 executives. Revive & Rejuvenate designs custom, curated programs tailored to individual beauty, health and fitness needs and emphasizes ongoing professional development.
