(R)Evolution Med Spa

Serving greater Atlanta from its Decatur, Georgia location, (R)Evolution Med Spa is led personally by founder Mike Kelleher, MMS, PA-C, a clinician with three decades of experience who performs every treatment himself rather than delegating patient care. The practice has earned recognition as the nation's top EndoLift provider and was voted Best MedSpa in Decatur four years running, reflecting its commitment to natural, individualized results guided by the philosophy of "positive ageing." (R)Evolution is Georgia's exclusive provider of the LightScan Fractional Laser and was the first in the state to offer EndoLift skin tightening. Each visit begins with a custom consultation supported by 3D imaging technology rather than a standardized treatment plan. From injectables and microneedling to advanced laser therapy, the spa combines cutting-edge technology with genuinely personal attention, redefining what modern aesthetic medicine can look like for its patients.
