Located on Liberty Street, Pure Skin MedSpa traces its origins to a 2011 opening and expanded into Southington in 2014. The practice presents itself as a place where science and beauty come together, offering personalized skincare, medical-grade products, and tailored care. Co-owners Jennifer Frascone, PA-C, MS, and Jenna Denorfia, APRN, lead a multidisciplinary clinical team that includes Medical Director Dr. Michelle Perez alongside physician associates, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and estheticians listed on the clinic’s roster. Serving clients across three Connecticut locations, the med spa highlights continuing education, a membership program, and the 2024 launch of Pure Wellness as part of an ongoing commitment to professional, individualized service.
