Founded by Megan Hagley, MSN, CRNA, after experiencing facial rejuvenation following her second child, Pur Aesthetics and Wellness began as a Granger-based med spa serving the Michiana area. The practice combines clinician-led leadership—including Megan Hagley, Jamie Davidson, Emilee Tehrani, Melissa Demetriou, Julie Sauer, Lexi Reynolds, and Sam Fuller—with licensed aestheticians and patient coordinators to deliver a clinic-focused approach rooted in advanced training and top-of-the-line equipment. Recognized regionally and nationally since 2021, the practice has earned Best of the Best Medspa honors and recent Leader Publications recognition as Best Women’s Clinic. Active in the community, the clinic supports local charities such as KidsPeace and Women’s Care Center while maintaining an educational presence through blogs and patient resources.
