Located in Elizabethton, Tennessee, Pretty P’s Beauty and Wellness is a medical spa dedicated to helping clients transform their look and health. Opened in September 2022 by owner Chealsea Birchfield, FNP-C, the business is named in honor of her nana, Phyllis, who served as her closest friend and greatest inspiration. The spa's rose logo represents Phyllis's favorite pastime of gardening pink roses.

Pretty P's features a talented team of professionals committed to helping clients feel welcomed, comfortable, and beautiful from the inside out. Chealsea Birchfield, an experienced nurse practitioner who earned her MSN-FNP from Lincoln Memorial University, offers aesthetic injectables, weight loss, BHRT, and permanent cosmetics such as eyeliner, brows, and lip blushing. The team also includes licensed cosmetologist Betsy Smith, who provides salon services and waxing with nine years of experience; licensed cosmetologist and estheticians Brianna "Bri" Hopson, offering vivid colors, gel manicures, brow lamination, lash lifts and tints, facials, and waxing; and tattoo artist Shanoah Chapman, specializing in whimsical and color designs. The practice is supported by Medical Director Jeffrey Hopland, MD, a family medicine physician certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties.
