PLUNJ Herriman

PLUNJ Herriman is a Nordic-inspired wellness destination located in Herriman, Utah, specializing in contrast therapy through a dedicated sauna and cold plunge regimen.

The facility features a dry sauna heated by an electric stove, operating between 190–200°F with approximately 20% humidity, where guests can pour water over the stones to generate steam. Complementing the sauna is a spacious cold plunge maintained between 45–50°F, accommodating up to four people at a time. Together, these amenities create a simple, effective rhythm designed to help reduce inflammation, boost circulation, elevate mood, and leave visitors feeling better than when they arrived.

Standard sessions last 60 minutes, providing full access to both the sauna and cold plunge. Guests are guided to follow a recommended protocol consisting of 10 to 15 minutes in the sauna, 30 seconds to 5 minutes in the cold plunge, and 2 to 3 minutes of rest, repeated for three rounds. PLUNJ Herriman offers memberships, private bookings, group sessions, and gift cards, welcoming participants to experience the restorative benefits of hot and cold contrast therapy.
