Palm Sport and Wellness, massage therapy and skincare services.

Home of the Couples Salt Cave Massage and Zen Garden Experience, Palm Sport & Wellness specializes in whole-body self-care, addressing mind, body and spirit. The practice occupies a charming 1920s Edgartown cottage adorned with vintage décor, providing a tranquil setting for massage therapy, skincare, Himalayan salt cave sessions, sound baths, outdoor yoga and wellness workshops. The team is led by Kim Freetly, president and owner, a board‑certified NCBTMB licensed massage therapist with multi‑state licenses and strength‑and‑conditioning training; practitioners include Haylee Stotz, specializing in myofascial and deep tissue techniques, and Shelyn Delgado, a Florida‑licensed therapist focused on deep tissue and neuromuscular work. Palm Sport & Wellness also hosts private spa parties and events under the stars, inviting continuing self‑care and community engagement.
