Dr. Susanne K. Woloson, MD, Ph.D., RPVI, is a board‑certified vascular surgeon who formed Northwest Vascular and Vein Specialists in 2014 to focus on venous disease. The practice maintains three clinic locations across the northwest Chicago suburbs, including an Arlington Heights clinic whose office hours are Monday–Thursday 8 a.m.–4 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m.–2 p.m., with weekend and major holiday closures and an after‑hours answering service.

With more than two decades of experience and a team that includes Registered Vascular Technologists, the clinic emphasizes patient education, timely communication, and individualized care. The practice accepts Medicare, most private PPO plans, and is in‑network with Advocate HMO and Northwest Community HMO.
