NicholsMD maintains a Fairfield clinic on Post Road as one of three complete skincare destinations across Fairfield County. Founded in 2013 by Harvard-trained, board-certified dermatologist Dr. Kim Nichols, the practice expanded from a Greenwich boutique to include SkinLab at Harbor Point and NicholsMD of Fairfield. Led by Dr. Nichols and an experienced clinical team—board-certified nurse practitioners, master aestheticians, registered nurses, and operations leaders including Executive Director Emily Anne Scalise—the clinic delivers personalized, health-first care and curated skin strategies grounded in ongoing education. The Fairfield location links clients to The Hair Lab’s comprehensive hair-restoration program and to the practice’s library of articles, videos, and educational programming.
