Nextdoor Wellness

Located on Bedford Street with weekday hours Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, NextDoor Wellness is a med spa and wellness center focused on holistic, clinician-led care. The practice emphasizes an individualized approach, offering physician-supervised peptide therapy in the Tri-Cities and curating custom plans that blend advanced medical aesthetics with personalized wellness. Founder and CEO Tatiana Negru shaped the clinic’s inclusive philosophy after emigrating from Moldova in 2004. Medical Director Dr. Stephen Dechter, DO, brings double board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Management and academic roles as adjunct faculty. The clinical team includes Master Aesthetician Hailey Calderon and nurse injector Jennifer Sanchez, a bilingual practitioner completing an FNP in May 2026. The clinic promotes empowerment, sustained lifestyle change, and a supportive workplace culture.
