Natural State Aesthetics

Natural State Aesthetics, located at 3766 N Investment Drive in Fayetteville, Arkansas, is led by Dr. Barron Heymann and a team dedicated to oculofacial plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine. The practice's stated mission is to return both beauty and function to the eyes and face, combining specialized surgical expertise with a full menu of non-surgical aesthetic services. On the surgical side, the team performs upper and lower blepharoplasty to address sagging eyelids and under-eye bags, along with brow lift procedures. Because the practice is rooted in oculofacial specialty care, it also handles functional eyelid and brow surgery, tearing disorders, eyelid reconstruction, and orbital procedures for patients with medical rather than purely cosmetic needs. The med-spa side of the practice offers neurotoxin injections and dermal fillers, laser skin resurfacing, medical-grade facials, and laser hair removal for clients seeking non-invasive rejuvenation. Open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Natural State Aesthetics gives Northwest Arkansas patients access to both specialized eye-focused surgical care and broader cosmetic treatments under one roof.
