Opened in November 2020 during the COVID‑19 pandemic, Mountain River IV, Health, & Wellness began as an integrative medical clinic offering personalized care. The practice was co‑founded by Brian R. Johnson, C‑FNP, and Pamela Johnson after one founder’s chronic health challenges prompted a new approach. Brian Johnson, CEO and Provider, is a board‑certified Family Nurse Practitioner, a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and holds an MS in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University (2015) with more than 30 years of pre‑hospital, emergency and urgent‑care experience. Pamela Johnson serves as office manager, holds a B.S. from Utah State University, and brings two decades of community volunteer leadership. The clinic emphasizes individualized, evidence‑guided care and provides telehealth across Idaho, Utah, Wyoming and Montana.
