Located inside Jagged Salon on Broad Street, Milay Aesthetics serves the California Central Coast as a facial and body aesthetic med‑spa led by founder Milay Melsheimer, RN. Melsheimer brings nursing experience dating to 1991, a career start in the surgical ICU at LA County USC, and a shift into aesthetic injectables beginning in 2008; she also serves as a national trainer for Revance, educating professionals on RHA by Teoxane and Daxxify.

The practice emphasizes a holistic, individualized approach—listening to goals, studying facial features, and creating custom plans that enhance balance and harmony—producing refined, subtle transformations aligned with the clinic’s Beauty that’s Authentically You philosophy. Medical director Dr. Azin Shahryarinejad provides additional clinical leadership.
