(510) 292-3297 is the contact line for Medspañol, a San Leandro-based non-profit clinic created to train new doctors and build clinics in underserved communities worldwide. The practice combines premium private, concierge-style care for California clients with a mission to expand healthcare access globally. Founder Oziel Ivan Vela, PA‑C, RRT, is an Air Force veteran with 15 years of healthcare experience; clinic manager Sonia Barrios also brings Air Force experience and Spanish fluency. Cofounder Mark Milliron, PA‑C, contributes academic and mission experience, while volunteer coordinator Jaiden Sky Ochoa organizes community events and volunteer efforts. The clinic proudly addresses the underserved Hispanic community of California and states "Hablamos español," reflecting a continuing commitment to local access and global impact.
