Owner MacKenzie Blue Kelliher (known professionally as Kenzie) is a Licensed Master Esthetician who began her esthetics journey in 2019 after personal experience with skin concerns. MBK Esthetics evolved from experience gained at a medical spa and from a family background in personal care—Kenzie's mother maintained a longtime hairstyling business—and operates from a location on 91st Ave NE in Lake Stevens.

The practice provides free skin consultations and a range of esthetic services, emphasizing individualized skincare guidance and client comfort. The team aims to create a relaxed treatment-room experience and to help clients leave feeling more confident in their skin.
