Lympha Spa & Massage

Located in the heart of Clive on University Avenue, Lympha Spa & Massage was founded by a young mom and cancer survivor and is led by Fiona Roberts, a lymphatic therapist with more than 15 years of experience. The practice combines an international academic background—Fiona earned a master’s degree in Bangkok—with rigorous annual post-surgery training, eco-conscious products, and a personalized, compassionate approach to lymphatic health. Appointments are limited and the practice is typically booked 90 days out for most services, with priority space reserved for post-surgical recovery clients. Fiona envisions a charitable foundation to provide free massages for cancer patients as an extension of the clinic’s commitment to the Des Moines community.
