Lo Med

Founded and led by Lauren Sloat, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, Lo Med anchors care in the Vero Beach community where its founder was born and raised. Sloat began her healthcare journey as a CNA and completed a Doctor of Nursing Practice at Florida Atlantic University in 2020, bringing clinical experience in orthopedics, primary care, and rheumatology to a patient-centered practice. The clinic emphasizes root-cause medicine and overall wellness, aiming to help people feel confident and healthy from the inside out. The team provides accessible ongoing support through both in-person and telemedicine visits. Local engagement and continuity of care are central to a commitment to be a trusted, familiar advocate for every patient served.
