Ledgebrook Massage Center

Located across the street from E.O. Smith in the back-left corner of the Storrs Commons Building, Ledgebrook Massage Center is a family-owned small business opened in 2021. The clinic specializes in medical and lymphatic massage and now offers specialized skin care and sauna, operating as a medical massage practice able to bill insurance. Ledgebrook's owner, Aaron Shea, has been a licensed massage therapist since 2017 and developed a distinctive technique after working with UConn Athletics beginning in 2018. Nicole Luckey serves as manager and lymphatic specialist; she has worked with Hartford Healthcare since 2019 and is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. The practice emphasizes specific, thorough, and educated care, with client education and home-care instructions integral to its local wellness mission.
