Lara's Therapeutic Massage

A private massage studio close to downtown Spearfish with convenient parking, Lara's Therapeutic Massage occupies a quiet, intentionally designed space for personalized therapeutic bodywork. Led by Lara Reinecke, MSW & LMT, the practice combines myofascial-focused massage and somatic therapy in a boutique studio that emphasizes slow, intentional work and nervous-system awareness. The clinic frames sessions as individualized rather than routine, with techniques woven intuitively to create calm and encourage softening. Studio hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00–5:00, and somatic sessions are offered with 100% confidentiality. The practice serves Spearfish and surrounding Black Hills communities as a local resource for thoughtful, refined care.
