Kallos Luxury Salon Suites

Kallos Luxury Salon Suites is a salon-suite rental facility located at 317 N. Rock Road in Derby, Kansas, built around the concept of giving licensed beauty professionals a stylish, secure, and private space to run their own independent businesses. Rather than employing stylists, estheticians, or other beauty professionals directly, Kallos leases fully private, customizable suites where individual practitioners can meet clients and showcase their own services and expertise. The company's stated mission is "to provide you with the space, support, and flexibility you need to take control of your career, start your own business, and thrive in the industry," giving tenants control over their income, hours, and product choices. Because services are provided by the independent professionals who lease space at Kallos rather than by the facility itself, the specific treatments and specialties available vary by suite and by practitioner. For beauty industry professionals in the Derby area seeking an alternative to commission-based salon work, Kallos offers a turnkey, private-suite business model.
