Owners Jen and Katherine met seven years ago; combining expertise in massage, fitness and integrative health, they created JeKa so more people could access holistic care without overworking practitioners.

Owners believe wellness is within reach and hope clients will find a pathway to wellness, well-being and worth; JeKa blends the founders' first names and is described as meaning very generous, with a strong desire to uplift humanity and serve others.
