Intentional Self Aesthetics

Located on Vitti Street, Intentional Self Aesthetics is a physician‑led medical aesthetics and skin rejuvenation practice founded and directed by Dr. Teresa Alasio, a board‑certified physician who personally performs every treatment. Trained at Mount Sinai with a background in pathology, Dr. Alasio emphasizes a precise, natural approach that pairs advanced technologies with personalized, high‑touch care. The clinic's team includes Connecticut‑licensed aesthetician Allison Sosa‑Vega, who provides individualized skin plans and treatments for patients across Fairfield County. Committed to community engagement, the practice participates in local Chamber events, supports area foundations, and maintains ongoing outreach such as a regular health column in the New Canaan Sentinel. Membership options and a treatment planning tool support personalized care journeys.
