House of Aesthetix

House of Aesthetix is a luxury boutique medical spa serving San Diego County, including the Alpine community, with a philosophy built around the idea that "artistry meets science." The practice focuses on creating natural, non-surgical results within a warm, home-like environment rather than the clinical feel typical of many med spas. Licensed aesthetic nurses and injectors lead every treatment, offering customized plans tailored to each client's goals. Customer reviews consistently describe the staff as sweet, professional, and friendly, with many praising the comfortable, inviting decor and spotless cleanliness of the space. The treatment menu centers on Botox injections and lip fillers for facial rejuvenation, along with microneedling combined with PRP for regenerative skin renewal and Sculptra for gradual volume restoration. Beyond injectables, House of Aesthetix offers medically supervised semaglutide for weight management, IV hydration therapy, and hormone therapy for clients seeking a broader wellness approach. LED light stimulation, chemical peels, and a signature 60-minute facial round out the skincare offerings. With a client base that includes reviewers specifically thanking providers Janeane and Kelly by name, the practice has built a loyal following throughout the greater San Diego region.
