Honest MedSpa

Honest MedSpa Weight Loss & Wellness is a Murrieta-based medical spa offering non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic treatments in a relaxing, comfortable setting. Co-founded by Mike Chammout, DNP-FNP, and Dr. Chahine, the practice combines medical expertise with a genuinely personalized approach to care, and patient testimonials frequently highlight the injectors' gentle technique and efficient, low-pain treatment style. The spa's core offerings include neurotoxin injections such as Botox and a full range of dermal fillers, alongside chemical peels and microneedling for skin texture and tone. Honest MedSpa also provides PRP treatments — delivered via injection, microneedling, or for hair restoration — as well as hydroquinone-based treatments for pigmentation concerns. Wellness services extend the practice's offerings beyond aesthetics, including physician-guided weight loss management, IV hydration therapy, and vitamin injections for energy and overall wellness support. Known locally for competitive pricing within the Inland Empire, Honest MedSpa operates by appointment only and has built a loyal patient base drawn to its combination of honest communication, clinical skill, and accessible cost.
