Fuse Medspa and Wellness

Opened in May 2023 by physician assistant and owner Kristin Gemme alongside co‑owner Andrew Romeo, Fuse Medspa & Wellness established a dedicated aesthetic and wellness practice on E Main St. The clinic’s mission is to empower individuals to feel confident and beautiful inside and out, offering an upscale treatment experience while tailoring care to each patient’s unique needs and goals. A multidisciplinary team—led by Kristin and supported by providers Julie Ouellette, MSN, APRN; Julia Boucher, PA‑C; and medical director David Shapiro, MD—works alongside licensed estheticians Natalie Keyes, Brooke Gengras and skin therapist Gabriela Lopez. The practice emphasizes personalized care and a continuing commitment to education and up‑to‑date technologies.
