One nurse and one chair is the practice’s defining detail: Amanda Trader, BSN‑RN, is the same clinician every visit—taking histories, drawing labs, placing lines and answering the phone. Amanda has been a registered nurse since 2010, including ten years in critical care, and provides care under the medical direction of Dr. Joseph Palumbo, DO.

The clinic emphasizes a consultation-first approach in private rooms, with a recovery room and snacks and drinks in the lounge; first visits run as long as they need to. Walk-ins are Monday 12 to 2 and Wednesday 5 to 7, with other appointments scheduled; mobile service extends across Muscatine, Iowa City and the Quad Cities. Card, HSA and FSA payments are accepted and itemized receipts are available.
