Flourish Hormone Replacement & Wellness Centers

Founded in October 2017 as Saleh Health Spa, Flourish Hormone Replacement & Wellness Centers has expanded to multiple locations across the country. The practice practices functional medicine with a focus on bio-identical hormone replacement pellets, oral thyroid prescriptions, and vitamin supplementation, and emphasizes prevention and healing root causes rather than masking conditions.

The clinic maintains a Denham Springs location and serves patients through sites such as Juban Crossing and Hammond; despite the recent discontinuation of semaglutide and tirzepatide for the general public, the practice continues to offer those GLP‑1 medications to patients enrolled in its weight-loss program. The team presents the clinic as a local resource for personalized functional-care approaches and ongoing wellness support.
