First Look Med Spa, LLC

Located on Meadow St Extension, First Look Med Spa, LLC is a doctor-owned and operated med spa founded in 2019 that specializes in dermatology and cosmetic injectables. The practice combines medical oversight from Dr. Mark Skalski, MD—its owner and medical director with more than 25 years of clinical experience—with leadership from CEO and aesthetic entrepreneur Jessica Monteleone and co-owner Lisa Davis, MBA. Kayla Harrison, RN, BSN serves as master injector and clinical trainer, while Alexandra Hilton, FNP-BC practices as an aesthetic injector and IV infusion provider.

The clinic also launched Modern Aesthetics Training Co., an advanced education and mentorship program built under First Look Medical Corporation, and offers complimentary consultations, custom-designed services, and tailored treatment plans across its Agawam and Sturbridge locations.
